Hal has served as Senior Pastor since 1993. He is the primary Sunday morning speaker and is an active teacher, counselor, evangelist and missionary. Hal is married to Vicki and they have three grown children: Jennifer, Bethany and Jonathan.

Brian enjoys sports, baseball, running, cycling, camping with my family and basically anything outdoors. He and his wife Jennifer have been marriend for 18 years. He loves reading and listening to his three kids, Nichole, Kylie, and Connor laugh. Brian completed his Undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University with a B.A. in Speech Communications.
Robin Dembicki, Children's Pastor

Robin serves as the Children's Pastor at DBC and has served with the church since 2005. She studied at both Dallas Theological Seminary and Baylor, and holds a degree in elementary education from the latter. Robin is married to Rick and has three sons: Michael, Ryan and David. She enjoys gardening, crocheting and walking, but she especially loves spending time with her boys.

Luke first served in the Youth Ministry as an intern in the Summer of 2004, and has been serving on the Youth Staff since August of 2006. Luke is a student at Dallas Theological Seminary and enjoys fly fishing, backpacking and camping, reading, listening to/writing music, watching the hit television show, 24, and spending time with his wife Meredith.

Mike and His wife Erica moved to Dallas in 2007 for Mike to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been on staff with DBC since the beginning of 2010.
JP Findley, Worship Pastor

JP has been serving as DBC’s Worship Pastor since January 2007. Along with leading worship for DBC, JP is the upper school chaplain for Trinity Christian Academy. He has a beautiful wife Adria, two incredible little boys, Camden and Greyson, and a daughter, Analyn. There is nothing closer to JP’s heart than seeing people give their lives in worship to God.

Jackie is DBC's Director of Administration. She has served with the church since 2001. Jackie is married to Buddy and has four sons and one daughter-in-law. She is an avid people-watcher and loves to laugh.

Katie moved to Dallas in 2007 for her husband, Drew, to attend Dallas Theological Seminary. She has two loving dogs, Beans and Puppy (yep, totally a default name). They are her favorite form of relaxation and entertainment. She enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, especially her husband.

Kristen enjoys working at DBC part time while attending Dallas Theological Seminary, in pursuit of her Master of Theology degree. Her ministry goals are to teach Bible or theology in order to fellowship with and share the gospel with students. Kristen loves bargain shopping, going for walks, trying out new restaurants, attending musical and theatrical performances, and spending lots of time talking with friends.

Saul moved to Dallas from Jamestown, North Dakota with his wife Alexis and their three children. His love of flying helicopters brought him to Dallas to continue his instrument rating classes. While still hanging on to the dream of flying professionally, he is enjoying being on the staff of DBC.
