East-West Ministries International focuses on limited access (or formerly restricted access) countries and peoples. Our desire is to help indigenous church leaders in strategic locations around the world fulfill the Great Commission of making disciples. Tony and Judy are involved in equipping and empowering national leaders in Russia and Central Asia. Tony teaches Bible and theology courses in the former Soviet Union  and Judy administrates the Russian Women’s Ministries. Our National Women’s Ministries Training is developing Russian women's ministry leaders in every region of that vast country. Our aim is to plant churches and develop ministry leaders that are doctrinally sound, grace-oriented, spiritually thriving, and multiplying.
