After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1982 with a degree in finance, Kirk spent a decade in Dallas working in commercial real estate and banking. In the 90.s, Kirk left NationsBank to pursue full time ministry. Following a degree from DTS, the Frambes spent 7 years as missionaries with UFM in Costa Rica, Mexico, and Western Canada.
Kirk has long been passionate about sharing Christ with those that don.t understand Him, helping others find answers to their tough questions about life and God . a process involving both the head and the heart. In the fall of 2003, he joined Search Ministries to pursue this passion full time as area director in San Antonio, Texas. He and his wife Linda live in Boerne with their 3 children, Riley, Madison, and Mackenzie.
Search is a ministry which desires to build bridges through relationships, removing obstacles with practical apologetics, in order to win an opportunity to share the good news of Jesus Christ. The purpose of Search is to assist in fulfilling the Great Commission by involving adults in the process of lifestyle evangelism and discipleship through modeling and training.
Search Ministries was created to help men and women who are searching for meaningful answers to life.s tough questions. We like to create non-threatening environments where all kinds of religious beliefs and perspectives can be shared openly. As part of the process, we throw a biblical perspective into the discussion as one of the options to be discussed. When he walked the earth 2000 years ago, Jesus invited the people around him to thoroughly investigate his teachings and claims. We wish to extend the same invitation and opportunity to others today.
