Elders & Deacons
Servant leadership is essential for spiritual leadership—especially leadership in the Church. A church leader's first commitment is to Christ. It is to love Him with all their heart, and to live the leadership responsibilities of shepherding His Church, living in His power through the life of the Holy Spirit.
The elders and deacons of DBC meet the qualifications for a church leader as outlined in Scripture. They have been given added honor and responsibility because of their reputation for spiritual, faithful service in smaller matters. Please pray regularly for these men!
