Trunk-or-Treat

On October 31st each year, DBC hosts Trunk-or-Treat—our children's Fall Festival event. This is a fun night for everyone! Children and adults are encouraged to come in costume, (not scary or ghoulish) and take part in this joyful, uplifting celebration with festival-type games, candy, face painting, a cake walk, a bounce house, obstacle courses, a petting zoo, and much more.

Weather permitting, church members decorate the trunks of their cars—which is how this event got its name—and park them in front of the church. Children can walk from trunk to trunk (instead of house to house) with their parents to get candy and treats.

This Year

Our Eighth Annual Trunk-Or-Treat Family Festival will be held at DBC on Wednesday, Oct 31st from 6:00-8:00 pm. The community is invited to join us for a this fun time of celebration.  A hot dog dinner will be served for a minimal charge. AWANA's will not be meeting this night!

All DBC members and attendees are encouraged to get involved in this fun ministry outreach event. Begin now by planning to work a game booth and serving as a host/greeter. Invite your friends and neighbors to attend this great evening of fellowship!
