Allen & Lindsay

Pioneers exists to spread the Gospel to unreached people groups around the world - those ethnic and linguistic groups who do not have a viable Christian presence in their midst to expose them to the Gospel of Christ. The ultimate hope of the Pioneers missionary is to help initiate church planting movements, not just a single evangelical gathering, but rather a community of indigenous believers who are actively multiplying themselves and planting churches amongst their countrymen.

Allen & Lindsay’s present ministry goal is to support these missionaries in spreading the Gospel by providing prayer and soul care, walking with missionaries through the rigors of life in order to help them continue to live and thrive in their ministry contexts. They are also committed to lifting up the prayer needs of teams and families, fighting the spiritual battle alongside of them as they labor for the Kingdom.

Allen & Lindsay previously lived in the Middle East and also East Asia, and are excited to now be serving from Wales (U.K.). This current assignment is a platform to serve the Body globally. They are involved in a strategic ministry to come alongside of those who are on the “front lines,” being part of the network of support that stands with them in their various ministries. Like Moses and Aaron in Exodus 17.9-13, they desire to stand with those who are laboring and serving, to uphold them in their weariness and struggles, and to be part of the spiritual force that the Lord sends into the battle.

For the next 3 years (2012-2015), they will focus on prayer, missionary care, mentoring, team consultation, leadership development training, and providing various resources to both missionaries and local pastors.
