Adult Bible Fellowships (ABFs)
Adult Bible Fellowships are our version of adult Sunday School. We meet every Sunday morning at 9 a.m. to study God's Word, and discuss its practical application in our lives.
Currently, DBC offers the following ABFs:
Barnabas ABF
Demographic: Adults from All Life-Stages
Leaders: Hal Habecker, Steve Fleming, and Brent Ratliff

Current Study: "Hebrews"
Description of a Typical Class: Prayer requests/prayer, Bible teaching and discussion. |
Bereans ABF (PrimeTime)
Demographic: Mature Adults
Leaders: Phil Pendley and Dick Simmons
Room: 118
Current Study: "Romans"
Description of a Typical Class: Prayer requests/prayer time and Bible study. This class does service projects together (like the Fall shoe program at Payless shoes). |
Builders ABF
Demographic: Adults from All Life-Stages

Current Study: "The Old Testament Prophets"
Description of a Typical Class: Prayer requests/prayer, get-to-know-you type openers, open discussion. Teachers are on a rotating schedule. |

Crossroads ABF
Demographic: College Age, Young Married's, Young Families

Current Study: "The Fruit of the Spirit"
Description of a Typical Class: Worship time, sharing/prayer time, testimonies. The men of the class take turns teaching. |
Women's ABF
Demographic: Womens of all ages!
Leader: Dawn Pownell, Roseanne Elling and Mary Yarbrough
Room: DEM Room (125)
Current Study: The theme this year will be Becomign Women After God's Heart. We will discuss what the Bible has to say about how to have an excellent relationship with God. Each Sunday is a stand-alone lesson and all women are welcome. |
