 HAL HABECKER, Senior Pastor
Hal has served as Senior Pastor since 1993. He is the primary Sunday morning speaker and is an active teacher, counselor, evangelist and missionary. He is also the elder who oversees the church's leadership, youth, women's ministry and outreach (including missions). Hal is married to Vicki and has three grown children: Jennifer, Bethany and Jonathan. He is an avid cyclist, and is known for his generous spirit and amazing name recall.

 ROBIN DEMBICKI, Children's Pastor
Robin serves as the Children's Pastor at DBC, and has served with the church since 2005. She studied at both DTS and Baylor, and holds a degree in elementary education from the latter. Robin is married to Rick and has three sons: Michael, Ryan and David. She enjoys gardening, crocheting, and walking, but she especially loves spending time with her boys. |
 LUKE SAMMONS, Youth Pastor
Luke first served in the youth ministry as an intern in the Summer of 2004 and has been serving on the youth staff since August of 2006. Luke is a student at Dallas Theological Seminary and enjoys fly fishing, backpacking and camping, reading, listening to/writing music, watching 24, and spending time with his BEAUTIFUL wife, Meredith. |
 MATT THIGPEN, Part Time Youth
Matt is currently finishing his B.A. in Biblical Studies at Criswell Bible College. His favorite thing to do is listen to music. Matt has three older sisters, Amber, Autumn, and Ashere; who he loves very much. He also loves explaining why people call him Lil Oreo! Ask him today! |
 JP FINDLEY, Worship Pastor
JP has been serving as DBC’s worship pastor since January 2007. Along with leading worship for DBC, JP teaches Old Testament Survey and coaches the varsity girls’ soccer team at Trinity Christian Academy. He has a beautiful wife Adria, and two incredible little boys Camden (3) and Greyson (1). There is nothing closer to JP’s heart than seeing people give their lives in worship to God. |

 JACKIE TOMLINSON , Director of Administration
Jackie is DBC's Director of Administration. She has served with the church since 2001. Jackie is married to Buddy and has 4 sons. She is an avid people-watcher and loves to laugh. Send her a funny email, and make her day! |
 KATIE ARMSTRONG, Administrative Support

 MATT SIMO, Graphic Designer/Webmaster
Matt is the graphic designer and webmaster for DBC. He has served as the church's graphic designer since 2006, and is a Young Life volunteer for Berkner High School. Matt is a student at UTD, and enjoys playing guitar and disc golf. |

 CAMERON MULLENS , Facilities Coordinator
Cameron is the Facilities Coordinator for DBC, and has served with the church in this capacity since 2002. Cameron is married to Kaitlyn and is the 9th Grade Guys DIGS Leader. He loves newlywed life, and hopes to start seminary training in 2007. |
