Membership Form

When you trust in Christ for salvation, you automatically become part of the church of God! You are joined not only to God Himself through Christ but also to His Body (the church). This is a great privilege! The church was established by Christ Himself, and  commissioned to share the wonderful news of salvation to all people and to do good works until He returns.

This church has many local "expressions" around the world, including Dallas Bible Church. Involvement in a local church is vital to your spiritual well-being. Becoming a church member is a great way to express your commitment to investing your life for Christ along-side particular believers. Church members are expected to make good on this decision by using their God-given gifts and abilities in the service of Christ and by being accountable to church leadership.

If you believe God is leading you to make a commitment to Dallas Bible Church, we invite you to look over the qualifications for membership provided below. Complete these two forms and turn them into the church office or mail them to DBC at 15765 Hillcrest Road Dallas, Tx 75248.

Please note that church membership is only for those who have accepted Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Having the living Christ as the captain of your life is the greatest of all joys! If you have not done so already, we invite you to take your sins to Him and trust Him for salvation. The power to live the Christian life can only be found in Christ, and your usefulness in the church comes directly from the gifts He gives. The Membership Process

DISCOVER DBC — INTRODUCTORY CLASS DBC regularly holds a  "Discover DBC" class for those who want to learn more about involvement and church membership. This class provides information about the beliefs of DBC, spiritual gifts given by God, financial stewardship, and other related topics. (You can learn more about our beliefs ahead of time by reading the Beliefs, Values, and Mission pages on this website.) If you are interesting in participating in the next Discover DBC class, please contact the church office.

AFFIRMATION/CONFIRMATION If you have accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior and have completed the Discover DBC class, take the next step toward becoming a DBC member by completing the membership form provided here. When it is complete, email it to Hal Habecker at hhabecker@dallasbible.org. A church leader will review it, and contact you personally to welcome you, ask specific questions about your needs, and encourage you to become active in the work at DBC according to your giftedness. CELEBRATION! It is our joy to publicly welcome new members! New members are acknowledged and presented to the congregation during the worship service on a regular basis.
